good run this morning.
Wearing "PF" inserts w/ hard sole shoes yesterday at the funeral seemed to help. I know there's no miracle salve, but if something helps, I'm all for it.
Lindsay Greiner was there. Good to have someone to run with.
Closing in on 2000. Part of me wants to get to 1999 and stop and see how I deal with it.
