MI = 63 + 45 = 108. I ran 3 miles at tempo for the middle miles since these were on the flat greenway. The pace for the first 3 miles was 8:31, and the tempo 3 was 7:30, and the last 3 was 8:12. I felt decent cardio wise but would like to have felt better. My hip felt really good. I'm hoping that all these strengthening exercises and stretches are helping it.
