Ran 8 miles in 1:05:24.69 (8:10.6 min./mi.) Today's plan, 6 miles @ 8:18. After yesterday's 22 miler wasn't sure how the legs would bounce back; but they didn't feel bad, particular the last three miles. Added two extra miles to today's plan so that I could hit 1,100 miles for 2013
