Ran 8 miles in 1:03:51.67 (7:59.0 min./mi.) Today's plan, 8 progressive miles. The cut-down of these progressive miles wasn't what I was shooting for; I was wanting about 8-10 second cut-down each mile, guess you don't always get what you want though.
