Ran 6 miles in 46:14.73 (7:42.5 min./mi.) Today's plan, 12 miles @ 7:54. The legs felt strong and fresh, surprisingly, but the right calf/Achilles just would not loosen up. The leg wasn't necessarily painful, but certainly uncomfortable. I decided to error on the side of caution and cut this run short.
