Notes

Ran 16 miles in 2:00:14.73 (7:30.9 min./mi.) Todays plan, 16 miles @ 7:40 min./mi. I hadn't done a LR in over two weeks (I consider a LR to be a run of 16 miles or more), and I hadn't ran much with any pace either. Felt very strong the first twelve, started to fade a bit after that, but I think that was because of the lack of long faster runs; probably lost a little bit over the last couple of weeks, also still have a little chest congestion, but that is getting better by the day.
