The pure flow 2's held up pretty well during their first workout. Maybe they are an alternative to the launch...
Workout went OK. I was definitely a bit tired going into the run. I need to get better sleep on the weekend. The recoveries were long enough, but the intervals were a challenge. Included about 2x 90-120sec @ 1.5% (the rest at 1%) to break things up a bit. Also, last 2min @ 5:10/mi in order to complete the intervals in 10:24 (realized the 5:12 setting on the TM is a bit optimistic... more like 5:13)
