30 minutes easy, 12 X 2 minutes MP / 1 minute easy, then the rest easy on usual Burke route. Mixed weather today; rain at the start, then sunny and humid with occasional breeze. Felt pretty solid on this, just dealing with a little chest congestion still which is pretty annoying and distracting. Energy is probably at 90% or so.
