Down the Stretch 5k
Pretty solid weather.
5k track race on GMU track. Was towards the back of the mid pack of a decently fast heat with the winner coming through around 15:50.
Went out in 5:28 and then just faded to 5:40 pace. Was having a hard time picking it up. I always shut down when I start breathing hard. Pathetic excuse for a kick. Got to see Alan Webb in person which was cool though.
Splits: 5:28, 5:43, 5:43, 32 seconds last whatever distance that is
