2 miles easy, 7 at MP, 3 easy. Fairly hot out AGAIN. Did the 7 MP on the Million Dollar Mile loop except the last 3/4 out a mile which was on Burke Lake and Burke Center Parkway. In hindsight, this was definitely marathon pace but not marathon effort. I charged up the hills a little too hard and the heat made me feel like shit as always. Still a good session.
