20 minutes easy, then 3 X (10 minutes tempo / 2 minutes easy) instead of the prescribed 4 X. Really felt the lactate and fatigue the last few minutes of the third rep, so I figured 3 reps is good enough. Also apparently I don't know how to use the split button on my Garmin lol. HR def not accurate this time unfortunately.
