Long run with miles 9-13 steady/progressive on Million Dollar Mile loop.
Splits for 9-13: 6:38, 6:31, 6:31, 6:28, 6:19
GAP splits: 6:31, 6:24, 6:23, 6:21, 6:12
Used Cliff Bloks again, this time Black Cherry with the caffeine. I'm starting to like these. Once again I don't feel like shit and don't feel any nausea after this run. Maybe my body is finally getting used to 18+ mile runs.
