First 30 minutes easy, then 6 X 6/2 fartlek, then the rest at whatever pace I felt I could manage. This run went better than expected, legs felt sleepy in the beginning. Garmin says I split a 1:31:13 half somewhere in the middle.
Splits for the faster miles: 5,6,7,8,9,10,11: (46:59)
6:50 ,6:34, 6:35,6:42, 6:48, 6:35, 6:55
Mile 15 was a 6:51 and 18 was a 6:55.
