Notes

About my best run on the new treadmills. 30mins @12kmh with a 2min burst @16kmh. Then up to 12.5kmh for 15mins, then 13kmh for 13mins and another 2min effort @16kmh to finish the hour. Then 2.5km @12kmh to bring up 80km for the week. Good effort.
