Not a nice day for running - too warm and humid too. Planned a 16km run, and did it, but i was very hard and too much for a taper really. Should have cut it short.
Lap times of 15mins 8secs, 15mins 3secs and 15mins 1sec. Then a long water/gel/toilet break of 7mins 14secs. Then the 4th lap in 15mins 40secs and a las lap in 16mins 8secs with a 52secs water break. The last lap was, I think, my slowest ever, which says it all.
