26 degrees and 86% humidity, so no very comfortable with a non-wicking shirt and a cap on. Planned an easy 10km and ended up with a tempo effort.
Lap times of 14mins 47secs, 14mins 36secs and 14mins 33secs and then a 1min 50secs last 400m. Had a 54secs water break in the middle of the third lap (to get my breath back too).
