Notes

Bakken workout - 1min quick, 30secs running recovery x 30. Did first 10 reps @15.5kmh/12kmh, second 10 @16kmh/12kmh and started the third set @16.3kmh/12kmh (last rep was 2mins @16.3kmh). By the time the treadmill was down to 12kmh there was only 15secs or so to recover before going back to the quicker running. Finished the third set after drying my clothes.
