Supersets - planned 3, couldn't manage 2. 1st set was ok (19kmh, 200m, 17kmh, 800m, 16kmh, 1,600m). Took a 3min break (gym was quite warm) and then stopped after th 17km part of the 2nd set, took a 1min break and then did the 16kmh part (which I didn't think I could finish.
Hard going.
