Mizuno Wave Ekiden
First attempt at 10k super sets, and it was easier than expected. 200m @19kmh, 600m @17kmh, 1,800m @15.5kmh, then a 3min break and repeat twice more for 3 sets in total. Probably not as hard as a set of intervals.
