Did a "micro-Michigan" workout today that I came up with on my warmup:
3 min @ 10k (1 min jog)
3 min @ tempo (1 min jog)
2 min @ 8k (1 min jog)
3 min @ tempo (1 min jog)
1 min @ 5k (1 min jog)
3 min @ tempo
30 seconds at mile pace
Felt mostly decent, and the tempo sections felt pretty easy. Pretty happy with how this turned out, and now I realize how much more enjoyable workouts are when you are honest about your fitness and ability!
