Easy recovery run up into town. Val woke everyone up at 7am when she realized she had to work days, and Ashlie was supposed to work 11-7, so I got out for a run before handling all four kids by myself all day. Luckily, Ashlie got flexed, though, so she was around all day (except in the afternoon when she went to visit her dad in the hospital).
