Notes
Aim: z1 for 30 mins
Managed to keep in top end of z1 most of the way with occasional bits of low z2. Had to walk briefly a few times in last 2 miles to get back to z1.
Didn't feel great!
Splits: 8:00, 8:02, 17:19
Recovery:approx 30 mins including 12 min cool down walk/run.
Health: Last couple of days have been feeling queasy & have aching legs!
