Aim: z1/2 5min intervalsfor 30 mins
M1 - Seemed to have to run very fast to get into z2!
Perhaps I need a longer warm-up!
M2-4 had to stop a few times in order to get HR back into correct zone.
After 30min stayed in z2 for rest of the run.
Recovery including 12 min cool-down walk/run approx 25 mins.
