THIS IS NOT PART OF THE RUNNING PLAN!!!
(I've not restarted it after Lakes!!!)
AIM: Z2 - Still recovering from walking in Lakes. Legs hurt!!!
ACTUAL: Didn't feel too bad starting at around 8min/mile pace which was in z2 so just kept at that level until last 1/2 mile. Ignored HRM, went fairly hard (effort-wise) for last 1/4 mile.
