Early morning long run. Goal pace was 8:32/mile. Technically, my overall pace was slower than the reported 8:27/mile pace since I stopped my watch during water breaks (thanks Jay and Tony for putting out water and Gatorade), but I'll take it anyway. Now I know I can complete a half marathon in under 2 hours, but can I get it down to 1:45?
