a bunch of 50s holding :50
taking whatever rest I thought I needed to do it again. A couple of 100IMs bookending it for fun. On the plus side I did my normal WU of 200 Easy + 200 as 50E+50M+50E+50M then 4x25 FAST and I finally cracked 20 seconds on them. Not a big deal overall but it's nice to see the swim muscles are starting to adapt (or I subconsciously changed something in my form?).
