resting hr = 51 per the watch, min overnight = 41 so in line with where I've been historically???? maybe?

Anyway feeling good, strong ready to rock. No beer in awhile so a shame I haven't lost weight but what are you gonna do. Getting really solid sleep and feeling refreshed lately. Hopefully I race well.

Anyway I wanted to catalog THINGS I WANT TO DO in JUNE

1. recover, rebuild mileage

2. try double threshold days

3. try a week of 10 miles per day: 10, 6/4, 10, 5/5/10 etc.

4. run lots of trails

5. Try to break 60 in the 400

6. race an 800.

7. HILL SPRINTS!! once a week.

8. Lots and lots and lots of relaxed strides (not sprints)
