With so much going on of late with the pending Probate/Estate closing, the closing/sale on the Compound, itself, and our ever-building excitement & research for our own house sale and move into "urban" condo life in Westerly (not even mentioning the heat and humidity now dropped on us with full-on Summer,) and my running has definitely not been either frequent or focused. All the nicer, then, to finally get out with M for a light jaunt around the neighborhood today to get feet back on pavement, especially when it's early enough to beat the heat and be back before the sun actually breaks the haze - Just being out feels like victory, and all is fine as my feet and form seem to go, welcoming me back again to the runner's life...
