A fine Father's Day outing with M, especially as my last run Thursday just kind of aborted at Cleveland due to lack of interest. Meh. Post-Marathon, it's definitely interesting to observe a slight lack of focus/drive, but at the same time I feel totally comfortable with the fact that I/we will be able to jump right back into conditioning as the Summer and Fall races resume...
And Hurray! Our "Roof Weekend" replacement job with Nick Mendez (from next door) will be finished mid-day, and the front half done yesterday looks fantastic - Just one more additional perk for us invested when the time comes to sell this house, and the detachment has already begun to set in. $4375 totally well spent...
