WHEW. Well, that was hard. I was proud that I was able to be consistent. This really went a lot better than I thought it would go. We paired up and ran relay-style, which added a lot of fun and a challenge into the workout. Also, I was always chasing Jessica, which I think was the only reason I ran the last two faster--the only way to get closer to catching her was to speed up! :)
