Pretty decent run. Sidewalks were too icy in the morning, so ran in the afternoon (though probably should have been working, oh well). Most notable thing about it was that I felt pretty good fitness-wise throughout the run (not perfect, but definitely up another small level). Stomach thing too, but didn't really slow me down much. Left achilles was noticeable toward the end, but not very much so. Splits: 10:40.78 for 1.19 mile warmup, 5:46.54 for 0.75 mile "interval," 1:00.20 for 0.09 rest, 1:32.44 for 0.28 mile "short interval," 3:022.05 for 0.22 rest, 5:41.77 for 0.77 mile "interval," 0:56.81 for 0.1 mile rest, 1:30.13 for 0.23 mile "short interval," 3:00.50 for 0.27 mile rest, 5:42.81 for 0.79 mile "interval," 1:01.52 for 0.09 mile rest, 1:33.82 for 0.22 mile "short interval," 13:01.97 warmdown to home for 1.39 miles (time includes one minute of walking right after finishing the last "short interval").
