Good run, but very cold and windy. Felt a bit stiff from Tuesday's 20-miler, but not terribly stiff. About 15-20 seconds of stoppage time each way -- including tying my shoe for 15 seconds at the turnaround and a few seconds crossing Spruce on the way back and a few seconds crossing by the English Dep't on the way out, but whatever. Left achilles was noticeable, especially at the beginning of the run, but not very. Map is not quite right -- ran 42 --> Spruce --> 41 --> Chestnut on the way out, ran through the Waterworks parking lot at the turnaround (construction on the path there), and ran Chestnut --> 38th --> Spruce (including crossing there) --> 42nd --> Home on the way back, but should be about the same distance. Splits: 28:09.18 out, 27:34.30 in.
