Good run. Punted in the a.m., but managed to get the run in in the afternoon, despite cold weather and a light snowstorm. Did quality workout #4: warmup, then four 1600 "intervals" with 3-minute breaks between them. Splits: 10:19.44 for 1.15 mile warmup (8:58.6 pace), 7:35.05 for 1.05 mile "interval" (7:13.4 pace), 3:00.62 for 0.30 mile rest, 7:37.22 for 1.03 mile "interval" (7:23.9 pace), 3:00.73 for 0.29 mile rest, 7:31.80 for 1.05 mile "interval" (7:10.3 pace), 3:06.00 for 0.27 mile rest, 7:47.82 for 1.03 mile "interval" (7:34.2 pace), 8:12.02 for 0.92 mile warmdown (8:54.8 pace). Physically, felt very good -- no problems.
