Not a good run. Had absolutely no energy on this run. Left quad was also more noticeable than it's been. Pretty uncomfortable for most of the run, although I don't think that was why I was going so slow. Maybe because I ran later than normal without having eaten first (and maybe because I didn't have a very big/good dinner last night). Splits: 24:37.79 out (9:45.26 pace for 2.525 miles), 24:57.09 in (9:52.91 pace for 2.525 miles).
