Notes
Pretty good run. Left quad is still pretty noticeable, but definitely improved from yesterday. Ran a little later than usual -- at 10:30 a.m. Hot and humid and sunny, but none of that really bothered me too much. Did slow down about a minute on the way back though. Probably didn't push things as much as I could have, but kept up a decent pace (even with slowing down) for just about the whole run. Splits: 27:36.40 out (8:11.51 pace for 3.37 miles -- extra bits at 38th and at the highway ramp), 28:31.56 in (8:37.09 pace for 3.31 miles).
