First "run"at Cape May house. Very humid but cool temps. Kept shirt on for first 5 min walk and part of 5 min run interval. I then stripped off shirt and ran w/o it. Lots of squirrels, walkers and dog walkers. Walked on beach for a bit, however most of work-out was on roads. Legs and AT stiff during first walk and run but loosened up afterwards. later in day felt AT more - probably because old running shoes have lower heel.
