Notes

JM DVD Level 1 Day 2. Felt better this time around, It still kicked my ass but I wasnt as exhausted as the first time. Still going to stay at this level a couple more times b/c I still cant do all the shoulder exercises with weights and would like to be able to attempt a few regular pushups before collaspsing onto my knees. Maybe next time will be a little easier too. Planned for Monday
