Great run! Had a Gu before hand and some water. Let it sit for about 30mins. I could tell my pace was faster right off the bat during my warm-up. I felt pretty good after 0.5 so I upped the pace a little and decided to make it a tempo run for 30 mins because thats all I had time for. Waned 3.0, but glad I was able t squeeze 2.5 in. I felt great the whole time! Yay! Legs are stilla little sore from JM DVD but this helped loosen thema little
