** HR itself doesn't include the 1st 15 minutes, but pwr, cadence, time, and dist info are correct

wind wasn't brutal, but seemed to pick up as the day went on. It seemed to either be a weird cross wind or whipping around because i would have sections both directions where I suddenly had a head or tail-wind and had to shif to keep my effort steady.

Definitely was pushing hard on the final one. I tried standing to climb the final hill and almost had to sit back down because my legs were tired.

Nutrition: had Infinit and drank more with each effort increase. (1 30-oz aerobottle the first interval, aerobottle + a few sips on #2, and aerobottle + half ~ 10 oz on # 3)
