my stomach didn't feel great, and my left calf was a little sore, but once i got going I felt really fast. No one else was there running near my pace, so I ran alone. i had my watch set to beep every 42" because 42-41" had been th best i could maintain the past few times. i really focused on feeling like i was pushing forward, almost falling forward with each toe off. it seems to have helped.
