3 hilly loops.
I wore my Polar since the Garmin is dead, but I forgot to hit "lap" between the warmup and 1st loop. The time is a guess based on Dave H's time + 20 seconds. I think that's a little conservative, though. I felt strong despite the humidity. I was definitely spent by the end and couldn't have kept up that effort for a 4th without stopping for a drink. My legs felt really fresh this morning and although I haven't compared these times to previous hilly loops, I felt like I had a really good run.
