I ran the lake counterclockwise and skipped the running trail for a change. it seemed like my HR was high for the effort level today. I had my alarm set for 153, but had trouble getting it to drop. My stomach was bothering me some, and coming downhill at the pedestrian bridge, my HR suddenly spiked and my stomach was saying that I really needed to make it back to the car for a pit-stop.
