swim lesson with Chris.

worked on leading with elbows. when i don't I end up slapping my whole arm into the water at once instead of sliding it in, and that leads me to pulling with a dropped elbow. also worked on body rotation, initiating with the hips. Initiating the roll with the shoulders combined with not leading with my elbows had me crossing my left arm over more and drifting to the right some with each breath to the right.
