4 x 12 min over/unders.
powermeter was cutting out during the first interval. I tried to push it at about 200 w on the "unders" and then went as hard as i could maintain for the 1 minute "overs" I pulled away from the group pretty quickly, but couldn't catch Mikey, so I was alone for the workout. A couple items I u-turned at the parking lot just north of TP hill at the end of a 2 min effort to keep from having to u-turn during the "Overs", but I miscalculated during the 2nd "over" of the last set and had to u-turn during it.
