skipped my morning run because i was tired. Had trouble getting to sleep after the flight home. just did a nice, easy ride. did some hiking and canoeing, but that was the first "normal" workout since the race. My legs felt pretty good. They aren't sore most of the time, but i did notice my glutes feeling a little tired on some of the hills. friday night was the earliest i could get a massage, so I'll do that then.
