have to get ready for painting tomorrow, so I couldn't make it to the lake. Instead, I slept in and then tried the first Finding Freestyle workout. It seems to emphasize relaxed, swimming with proper timing. (www.findingfreestyle.com). I didn't time any of the swimming, just did the drills and tried to feel relaxed and smooth.
