4 x 1000m at tempo with 200 recovery
my calves were a little tight when i woke up, but seemed to loosen up and then once the workout started my legs felt really good today. No aches or pains. My stomach was a little upset, so I was afraid I'd have to stop early for a pitstop, but made it ok.
I set my watch to beep every 52" because i'd done that last time. I seemed to consistently hit the mark the first 600-800m, but then would speed up at the end without realizing it. I didn't realize i'd sped up so much on the second one, until I got to work and uploaded the data. I remember being a step or two shy half way through, and I guess I picked things up too much.
