Swim Lesson #B5 with Chris MacCurdy. worked on getting on my side a little more, keeping my hand entry wider, and jabbing my hands into the water. had to work at keeping my hands relaxed as I did this. Also worked a lot on keeping my goggles stacked when i turned my head to breath. I felt i was using my core a lot more, but pulling harder despite not using more arm strength.
