My right arm was coming towards my midline when i breath left. The right hand finish behind my back is disappearing, but I still have the pause in my right arm between the finish & recovery. Chris had me get out of the pool and use a stretch band. (tie them at something in front of you, and bend over and recreate a swim stroke, keeping your elbow high throughout the pull (arm reaching over a barrel) and accelerating at the end). When I returned to the pool right after using this, the pause was gone, so I need to get one and do some work with it.

Chris said to continue doing more kicking, working on keeping my feet deeper. I should also do some kick sets on my side and look to make sure my feet are kicking in front of my body instead of behind me (people tend to start kicking behind them when on their side).

also, need to over-emphasize getting on my side.
