I forgot Garmin, so had to use my Polar. I took 6 minute intervals to get some idea how steady my HR was. Did a loop, plus an out & back. It was slow at work, so road at lunch instead of risking the storms/Ride of Silence traffic tonight. felt tired still from last night's swim, though. It was pretty windy and warm out.
